First-Ever Troop Meeting on Zoom on Monday, April 27, 2020

Posted on Apr 27 2020 - 3:25pm

Hello all Troop 645 members, we have planned a social-distancing troop meeting format which will take place on Zoom, an online conference software. On April 27, 2020, we will be hosting our first-ever Zoom Troop Meeting as a trial and to connect with everybody during these uncertain times. We ask that you please sign up by using the link provided. The meeting will be at 7 to 8 pm, the normal meeting time. If you have not used Zoom before, the SPL and Scout Webmaster have teamed up and created a tutorial slideshow showing how to join the troop meeting. This slideshow may be viewed here. We hope we can see and talk with all and we hope that everybody is doing well and staying safe. Remember: stay 6 feet apart, avoid going out except for essential trips, cover your mouth when you sneeze and cough, and wash your hands often. Again, we hope you are safe and will be able to join our troop meeting while in these unexpected times. - Troop 645 Scout Webmaster Nilay

(From parent webmaster) Sign up HERE! Let's prepare for T645's FIRST Zoom Troop Meeting on April 27! Per Orange County Council's request and the conclusion form our recent 4/6 Zoom Parent Meeting, we will give it a try! Every parent would be the key support to set up an account to meet Zoom 18+ age requirement. Though it's optional, we still strongly inspire you and your scout to attend together! It's been a long time we did not see each other. Dress code is still Class A (Find it out, please!). PLC will try to present their ideas and run the virtual troop meeting for the first time! Let's keep scouting! Go Troop 645!
