Recap of Fun Snow Sports MB Day Event

Posted on Feb 18 2020 - 3:29pm

Scouts came to a fun and exciting Snow Sports merit badge day at Snow Valley resort on 2/8/20. All the scouts had fun in this event in which they could choose whether they wanted to ski or snowboard, and the resort provided equipment. This was a fun chance to get this merit Badge. Now let's hear from the trip's scout-led, Max, who says, "My experience of leading the snow sports trip was really tough but also fun. I had to find out the time and date of the trip and also fill out forms for the scouts. When the game finally came, I went to the mini slopes because Jai didn't want to go to the harder one. Then I got tired and went back to rest. The overall quality of the trip could be better next year but it was fun this time, too. I highly appreciate for Mr. George's and Ethan's support; including all the parents such as Mr. Dawson, Mr. Patil, Mrs. George, and Mr. Kuo. Thank you to everyone that helped me with this event." Fun Big Air Jump to Kick off 2020 Activity

Posted on Feb 18 2020 - 3:28pm

See HERE! Thanks for Scoutmaster's Mr. Patil's note for 1/18 Big Air Jump Activity: "We had 7 scouts attend this fun successful event, the boys had a wonderful time on the trampolines. The boys went on for 3hrs. All the boys were active they played dodge ball games, slam dunk courts , free style court & had fun for the longest time on the foam pits. Some scouts were not able to attend as they had school activities, next time the SPL with the PLC can decide more options and dates to accommodate the rest of the scouts. All the boys with all the participation can have a lot more fun  and could be a good option next time too." Also thanks for Participation from Mr. and Mrs. Sabade, Mr. and Mrs. Sharma and Mrs. Wu. Go Troop 645!
